DIAL Solihull is a FREE, impartial and confidential information and advice service for disabled people and their carers based within The Parade Shopping Centre, Kingshurst, North Solihull.

We offer a free and strictly confidential service. DIAL Solihull is run by people with disabilities for people with disabilities and their carers.

We offer a wide range of information, help and advice, including:

• Social Security Benefits and form filling

• Holiday Availability and Leisure

• Aids, Appliances and Adaptations

• Mobility and Transport

• Advocacy and Representation

If you have a question about one of these matters, or anything else, then fill in our online enquiry form or ring our helpline.

We will try to answer your queries straightaway, but will undertake research if necessary, or make an appointment for you to call in for a consultation or to fill in forms.

For clients who are housebound, we will make a home visit if necessary providing resources are available. We will reply to any email enquiries as soon as we can and are also happy to see people in our offices, without an appointment, if we are not already fully booked.
