About DIAL Solihull

DIAL Solihull was established in 1986, by some of the staff and clients of Solihull Council's Lowbrook Day Centre, the idea being that the clients, all of whom had physical disabilities, could help themselves to find the answers to some of the questions and problems that they had.

After many years of being based within the Day Centre, and then Social Services Offices, DIAL Solihull is now based in an adapted shop in The Parade Shopping Centre, Kingshurst. Although based in the north of the Borough, DIAL Solihull serves the whole of the Borough of Solihull.

There are over 100 DIAL's around the country, all affiliated to DIAL UK. DIAL Solihull is lucky to have one of its original members still working as a volunteer and Secretary.

DIAL Solihull started out as a telephone help line, and the telephone is still the most popular way of contacting us, alternatively, you can complete our online enquiry form and we will contact you via your preferred method.
